Bien Caramélisé is a locally founded pastry shop, with a goal to create delicious and sustainable food from plants only. They sell almost all the classic pastries you would find in a French patisserie (eclairs, mille-feuille, tartes, etc), yet by not conforming to the standard list of ‘essential’ ingredients and using a range of natural, plant based products, indulging in Bien Caramélisé's desserts is a more healthy choice for our planet and bodies.
